At Menter, our job is to make sure our customers get the best possible training service that we are able to provide.
Unlike all of those other ‘unique’ training companies, we don’t pretend our courses look like this:
Why? Because, let’s face it, training courses don’t look like this – so why would we want to show a picture of everyone holding a pile of books, smiling and doing high 5’s with their trainer? No thanks.
We do things differently to the rest.
We don’t just concentrate on getting a course booked, an invoice paid, and a certificate sent out in the post.
At Menter, we are 100% focused on making sure our learners enjoy every course they attend. These are the most important people to us. We like to see each person leave with a smile on their face – maybe even do a little high-5 with the trainer at the end of the day (not really).
Thing is, we appreciate that in order for people to learn, they need to be engaged. No, not in a pre-matrimony kind-of-way, but in a way where they are paying attention and soaking up information because their learning style is being accommodated. Each of our courses are tailored to make sure there are a variety of interesting and thought-provoking activities to stimulate the inevitable mixture of visual, academic and kinaesthetic learners that will be in attendance.
And what about our customers? You know, the ones who book and pay for the training? This is probably you – the person reading this page.
Well, unlike most other ‘unique’ training companies, when a course is finished we don’t just leave you out in the cold – shivering, with nothing but a hefty invoice and a withered, expiring certificate for shelter. No chance.
At Menter, we like to work with our customers to make sure we get things just right. Want to make sure your policies and procedures are covered during the course you have just booked? No probs, just let us know and we’ll make sure our trainers accommodate your requests. Want to know how your employee performed whilst they were on the course? Hey presto, we’ll get our trainers to contact you directly. Want us to work with you after the course has finished to give you advice and guidance? ...Your wish is our command.
Want us to take your mother in law shopping for you on the weekend whilst you take the kids to the cinema? Well that’s just a little step too far I’m afraid ...although we would be happy to join you at the cinema if you’re providing the soft drinks and nachos.
The point is, we aim to do things differently. We want to be the best we can so that our customers and learners keep coming back to us.
